Thermo ARL Quant'x
A nondestructive physical method where the specimen is irradiated by photons or charged particles of sufficient energy to cause its elements to emit (fluoresce) their characteristic x-ray line spectra.
Why Metallurgical?
We use the Thermo ARL Quant'x which meets RoHS and WEEE regulations. This instrument is capable of detecting very low levels of toxic and heavy elements. The instrument also has a very high turnaround time.
