MAterial Testing Laboratory,Fracture Toughness Testing

Our material testing laboratory one of the best mechanical testing facilities, which includes Tensile Testing, Impact Testing, Crack Tip Opening Displacement (CTOD), Fracture Toughness Test (FTT), Fatigue Test (FT), Bend and Hardness Test, Stress Rupture Test and many other destructive tests on metals. We are equipped with four UTM's that includes INSTRON and EU40/1 known for the quality of results. MS also provides High/Elevated Temperature Tensile test facility as required for materials in special application.

Our test facility has three Impact Testing Machines which includes two BS and one ASTM machine. Impact tests are regularly carried out at temperature ranging from +50°C to -196°C.


Hardness testing covers almost all range of scales required for testing of metals i.e. BHN, VPN, Rockwell etc. MS also offer's facility for many other destructive test covered National and International Specifications. All the instrument's and testing machines are calibrated in the presence of various inspection agencies like LRS, BV, DNV, EIL, IRS, ABS TUV etc.
