Our material testing laboratory offers a versatile servohydraulic testing system. It is used for Fatigue and Fracture Testing ranging from Plane-Strain Fracture Toughness, Fatigue Crack Growth Rate to Crack Tip Opening Displacement (CTOD).
Hydrogen Disbonding
Our laboratory also follows the ASTM G 146 standard practice for evaluation of disbonding of bimetallic stainless alloy/steel plate for use in high-pressure,high-temperature refinery hydrogen service.
Positive Material Identification
We accurately test metal alloys and other materials and recover lost material traceability with Handheld Niton XRF analyzers. With our portable equipment a measurement is possible at any location.
Impact Testing
We offer the Charpy Impact Test, a standardized high strain-rate test which determines the amount of energy absorbed by a material during fracture.
